How long does Le Verre de Vin preserve an open bottle?

Up to 21 days, powered by ePreserve technology – a vacuum seal for still wine, a precise CO2 dose for Champagne and sparkling. Reseals take under five seconds.

Is there a cost every time I reseal a bottle?

No cost for still wine – no gas is used, so you can reseal as many times as you like.

Sparkling and Champagne use a small, precise CO2 dose per reseal, which costs cents rather than dollars. A small gas canister (~$30) will last 500-600 reseals.

What's the difference between Tower, Compact, and Classic models?

They're the same ePreserve technology in three different formats.

Classic is a fixed wall-mount, Compact tucks discreetly under the bench or counter, and Tower is the most flexible – wall-mounted, bench-mounted, or set up on its own portable stand.

Choose based on your space and setup, not a hierarchy of quality.

Can one system handle both still and sparkling wine?

Yes – the Tower is available in Dual (still and sparkling in one unit), Still Only, or Sparkling Only configurations, so you can match the system to your wine list.

The Compact and Classics are both Dual.

Do I need plumbing or special installation?

No plumbing and no software. Every Le Verre de Vin system runs off a standard power point.

How is Le Verre de Vin different from Enomatic?

They're different tools for different jobs, not a step up or down from each other.

Le Verre de Vin is a simple, highly effective preservation tool – no installation, no software, no per-use cost for still wine.

Enomatic is a multi-purpose machine that displays your bottles, temperature-controls, calibrates every pour, and preserves.

If you want a dedicated preservation tool, that's Le Verre de Vin; if you want a machine that also displays and pours, that's Enomatic.

Can I get a Tower with our own branding?

Yes, the Tower is available as a Bespoke Edition, custom-finished in your own branding, with a minimum order of just five units. Ideal for wine reps, producers, and venue groups wanting a consistent branded fixture across sites.

There's no limit – every Le Verre de Vin system can reseal an unlimited number of bottles, so your by-the-glass list can be as wide as you want it to be. You will just need a Bermar stopper for each bottle open.
