The venue features Sydney’s first self-serve wine and sake bar, powered by enomatic wine dispensing systems. ### How Miji Uses enomatic Machines Miji has installed three enomatic Unica Roma 8 machines, allowing guests to sample a rotating selection of 24 wines, sakés, and cocktails. These machines ensure optimal preservation, maintaining the flavour and quality of every pour while giving customers the freedom to explore different varieties at their own pace. ### Why enomatic? enomatic machines are globally recognised for their ability to preserve wine for weeks using argon gas technology, preventing oxidation and ensuring each glass tastes as fresh as the first. This technology makes self-service wine bars like Miji possible, offering a seamless and engaging way for guests to experience premium wines without committing to a full bottle. ### ![Miji 2](https://www.winepreservationsystems.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Installations/Miji%202.webp?width=584&height=389&name=Miji%202.webp)Where Has Miji Been Featured?
